We read everything. Expect a reply within a few working days rather than the same afternoon.
Worth writing about
- A correction. Anything on this site that is wrong, out of date or unclear. Corrections get dealt with first, and the fix is visible rather than silent.
- A colour that does not match its cap. Cap colour against ink colour is a real complaint in our own quoted reviews. If a set is drifting, we would rather know than not.
- A source we should have used. Particularly on the labelling and child-safety material.
- A question the guides do not answer. Those turn into pages. The blending guide started as one.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, delivery and returns. Checkout happens with our retail partner, so a placed order lives in your account there rather than with us.
- A dried-out or damaged pen from a set. Same answer: that conversation belongs where the order was placed, and it is usually resolved faster there.
- Medical questions about art materials. We are not qualified. The organisations cited in the labelling guide publish proper guidance.
